A Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that lasts a total of 4 minutes. Each Tabata consists of 8 rounds with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest = 4 minutes total. Push yourself as hard as you can for those 20 seconds! It doesn’t sound like much, but it’s a killer!
