K8FIT Express is a shortened version of the K8FIT Strength45 class. Do this class when you're short on time but want a kick-butt, effective & challenging workout.
Tabata - a high-intensity interval workout that lasts a total of 4 minutes. One Tabata consists of 8 rounds with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest (4 minutes total).
