Sometimes it feels good to just flow. Try not to take yourself too seriously in this fun vinyasa flow class. Work your way toward Bhujapidasana: (shoulder-pressing pose) or Tittibhasana (firefly pose), fun and challenging arm balances. These poses require equal parts strength and length in the inner thighs, hamstrings, glutes, and low back. Have fun and enjoy your practice!
