INTRODUCING K8FIT STRENGTH LEVEL 1 PROGRAM - I created this program for people who haven’t been on a regular exercise routine and need something a little more accessible to onboard into my K8FIT Strength L2 classes. Level 1 classes will be slower paced, less repetitions and have less complicated movements.
Equipment needed: yoga mat + hand weights (1-3 lbs each)
